We're writing to share an important update about how you can fund your account going forward.
Starting today, we are discontinuing support for fiat currency deposits and withdrawals. New players and existing players without prior fiat deposit activity should use crypto going forward, as fiat support for this group shall be phased out. All other fiat deposit and withdrawal activity shall be fully disabled for every player on August 31st.
Why we're making this change
From day one, our focus has been on building the best possible crypto experience — fast transactions, low fees, and a level of flexibility that traditional payment rails simply can't match. Maintaining fiat payment infrastructure alongside our crypto offering has meant splitting our attention and resources across two very different systems.
We've decided to concentrate entirely on what we do best. This lets us invest more deeply in our crypto product: better performance, more supported assets, tighter security, and a smoother experience across the board. We believe this focused approach will deliver far more value to our players over the long run.
What this means for you
· New players and existing players without prior fiat activity: Fiat support is being phased out for this group. We recommend switching to crypto deposits, which are faster and fully supported going forward.
· Players with an existing fiat balance or prior fiat deposit activity: You can continue depositing and withdrawing fiat until August 31st, at which point fiat deposits and withdrawals shall be completely disabled for all players, with no exceptions.
· If you hold an active fiat balance in USD, EUR, JPY, or CAD, please withdraw your funds before August 31st to avoid any inconvenience once fiat is turned off entirely.
· Crypto deposits and withdrawals are unaffected and remain fully supported.
